At National Skill Academy, we are on a mission to transform Nepal’s mechanical landscape by producing skilled, certified, and self-reliant mechanics who are not just job seekers—but job creators.
Founded with a vision to make “A Mechanic in Every Palika”, our academy is dedicated to training individuals in the art and science of motorcycle repair, engine diagnostics, EV maintenance, and entrepreneurship. We combine hands-on learning with real-world business skills to empower people from all backgrounds—especially youth, returnees from abroad, and aspiring local entrepreneurs.
Amol Pradhan ( Director )
More than a decade of experience in the two-wheeler industry in Nepal. Has investment in two-wheeler sales, service, and parts. He owns one of the most advanced and largest two-wheeler Hub (www.npmgears.com) in Kathmandu, Spread across 8000 sq.ft
Currently, Nepal has more than 3.5 to 4 million registered two-wheelers, and approximately 250000 new two-wheelers are sold in Nepal every year. Times have changed, and technology has updated, but we are still using traditional methods to service our two-wheelers. So, it’s our effort to create professional technicians as per industry needs and make people self-competent. Global Job opportunities for skilled manpower are very high, and for business-minded individuals, we will even support to in establishing your business.
I strongly request Women to take the initiative to learn the skills of a two-wheeler technician, as the demand is very high.
Niranjan Ghimire (Director)
Mr.Niranjan Started his career in Honda nepal as a technician, and in the span of work, he became one of the top technicians in Nepal, specializing in Generators & two-wheelers. Currently own Multiple two-wheeler authorized Honda 2S.
Our dream is simple but bold: a Skilled Nepali Mechanic in Every Municipality. With more than 200,000 trained mechanics, Nepal can be self-reliant in technical services. We are building the foundation for that future—one trained individual at a time.
